You can use calendar to create all your PTA group events. Notification will be sent to all the members based on your reminder options. Only PTA admin can create events. Members can only view the created event
- Login to your account on www.schoolze.com
- Click on “Calendar” link on the left
- To create a event, click on the day of event which will open up a window to capture event details
- Select Event Type and provide title, description along with event timings.
- Set “Event Reminder” as “All Members” if you would like to send notification to a member or “NO” if there are not notification required to members. Refer “Customize Event reminders” for more details
- Event type helps in grouping similar event that you will create for your PTA group
- You can add new event types by going to the Class setting -> features page and click on “gear” icon on “calendar” widget
